Tuesday

Jamie Lindsay made telling a second half substitute appearance for Rotherham United. ‘The Millers’ earned a 2-2 draw at Coventry City in the EFL Championship.

A late rally by Bolton Wanderers secured the points in League One. Gethin Jones and Aaron Morley both starred during the 2-1 win against Burton Albion.

Dion Pereira’s first half assist earned Bradford City a point at Valley Parade. The 1-1 draw saw Ronan Darcy make a substitute cameo for Swindon Town.

Salford City beat Hartlepool 2-0 in League Two. Former Manchester City academy graduate Luke Bolton completed another 90 minutes.

Wrexham came out on top after they faced Halifax in the National League. Elliot Lee’s men ran out 3-1 winners. Tylor Golden featured for Town.

Jack Evans and Aaron Holloway both had a big say for Hereford as they beat Fylde 2-1 in the National League North.

Wednesday

Chelsea were in UEFA Women’s Champions League action against Group A rivals Vllaznia. The London giants hammered the Albanian debutants 8-0 with Lioness Bethany England making a substitute appearance.

Liverpool trounced Leicester City in the Women’s League Cup. Taylor Hinds and Megan Campbell both got run-outs during the 4-0 win. ‘The Reds’ top Group B after two games.

Max Woodcock helped guide Crewe u18’s in to the next round of the FA Youth Cup after a 3-2 win in extra-time at The Mornflake Stadium.

Thursday

Barrie McKay’s Hearts beat Rigas FS 2-1 at Tynecastle in the Europa Conference League. It wasn’t enough for ‘The Jambos’ who exit the competition.

Saturday

Australian International Martin Boyle was clinical again from the penalty spot with the opening goal. The ‘Star Man’ produced a top drawer performance as his Hibernian side went on to dispatch SPL rivals St Mirren 3-0.

Barnsley got the better of Forest Green Rovers thanks to a goal in each half. The 2-0 win at Oakwell featured defensive lynchpin Liam Kitching.

A great finish from Bradford winger Dion Pereira early in the second half was the highlight at Valley Parade as City drew 1-1 with Crawley Town.  

Ronan Darcy continues to make a name for himself in Wiltshire. His fantastic strike was the pick of the goals as Swindon Town won 5-2 at Mansfield Town.

Declan McManus scored his 11th goal from 12 Welsh Premier League games as The New Saints won 3-1 at Haverfordwest.

A goal and an assist from substitute Ryan McLean was massive in Hereford’s 3-1 win at Curzon Ashton. The victory also featured Aaron Holloway and Jack Evans.

Marine new boy Freddie Price was on target in the FA Trophy. The talented forward completed 90 minutes during the 2-1 win over Basford United.

Tylor Golden and Ben Tollitt both made key contributions for their National League clubs. Ben scored for Oldham Athletic but was ultimately on the losing side with Tylor providing an assist in the 2-1 win for Halifax Town.

Sunday

Manchester United left Merseyside with all 3 points after they beat Everton 3-0. Lioness Ella Toone pulled the strings inside the final third, proving the difference between the sides.

Faye Bryson celebrated Reading’s first win of the season. Her Reading side edged out Kirstie Levell’s Leicester City 2-1. #FullNinetyFamily
