Olly Lee’s Gillingham edged out MK Dons 3-2 at the Priestfield. The Kent side took maximum points following their 74th minute winner in League One.

Bolton Wanderers continued their incredible winning streak with a 2-0 victory against Oldham Athletic at Boundary Park. Gethin Jones caught the eye with his performance. His driven cross left the opposition man with little option but to put through his own net for the opening goal. That made it six consecutive League Two victories for ‘The Trotters’.

Harry Souttar’s towering far post header provided Stoke City with the winning goal in their EFL Championship match with Wycombe Wanderers. It was the Australian international defender’s first senior goal for ‘The Potters’ who earned a 2-0 victory at the Bet365 Stadium. Harry’s standout performance was recognised by The EFL who named him in their ‘Team of the Week’.

Gillingham and Olly Lee ended a fine week with another 3 points. They were 3-1 winners at home to Ipswich Town in League One.

Also in England’s third tier; Wigan ran out comfortable 3-0 winners against MK Dons at the DW Stadium. Callum Lang continued his blistering goal scoring form with a spectacular diving header. That’s 5 goals in his last 7 appearances for ‘The Latics’.

In League Two Gethin Jones’ Bolton Wanderers extended their impressive unbeaten run with a 1-1 draw against Bradford City at The Valley.

Bethany England struck a second half goal and claimed an assist as her Chelsea side beat West Ham United 2-0. The Londoners maintain their position at the summit of the FA Women’s Super League. Elsewhere in the WSL; Ella Toone (Manchester United) and Chloe Arthur (Aston Villa) went head to head with Manchester United taking the 3 points with a comprehensive 3-0 victory.

Elsewhere, both Kirstie Levell and Hannah Cain featured as the FA Women’s Championship table toppers trounced London Bees 7-0. Taylor Hinds’ Liverpool side ran out 0-1 winners away at Crystal Palace #FullNinetyFamily
